By using Whisperly (“we,” “our,” “us,” “the Service”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Whisperly. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Use of AI Conversations

Whisperly uses artificial intelligence to generate conversations. Responses may not always be accurate, reliable, or appropriate. You understand and accept that AI-generated content is provided “as is.”

Prohibited Content

The following are strictly forbidden:

• Violent or abusive content
• Pedophilia, underage roleplay, or any sexual content involving minors
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory behavior
• Illegal activity of any kind

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and possible reporting to authorities.

Subscriptions & Refunds

Whisperly offers subscription plans. All payments are final and non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of the billing period.

Third-Party Payments

Whisperly uses trusted third-party payment providers (such as Stripe) to process payments and manage subscriptions. By making a purchase, you agree to also be bound by the terms of those providers.

We do not store or handle your credit card details directly. Any issues related to fraudulent charges, stolen cards, or unauthorized use must be resolved with your payment provider. Whisperly cannot be held responsible for losses or damages resulting from unauthorized payment activity.

Limitation of Liability

Whisperly is not responsible for any harm, loss, or damages resulting from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated content.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Whisperly after changes means you agree to the new Terms.
